a new book by the Immediate Past President Arc. Mobolaji Adeola Adeniyi, FNIA, IPPNIA.

THE INAUGURATION OF THE 31ST PRESIDENT
The grand finale of the BGM was the much-anticipated inauguration of: Arc. Sani Saulawa, FNIA, PNIA as the 31st President of the Nigerian Institute of Architects, successfully sworn in by Arc. Mobolaji Adeola Adeniyi, FNIA, IPPNIA.

The hall was filled with dignitaries from across the world and across the profession. You could feel the emotion, the pride, and the sense of transition.
In his first address as President, Arc Saulawa with an honest, unifying, and strategic vision for the future.
His words resonated deeply: “Our older members have given the institution its depth, our contemporaries carry much of its current weight, and our younger architects signal where the profession is heading.”
He added: “What I have shared today is not a list of promises. It is the outline of a strategic plan… so that every member can see what we are working on and where their role lies.” He closed with a powerful call:
“Let us move forward now, with clarity and purpose, and build the NIA we have all dreamed of and know we can actualize.”
The applause that followed said it all.
The NIA is entering a new era — and the future looks stronger than ever.
